For positions not requiring experience, candidates who have a sound educational background and who are capable of learning are preferred. Those who are fit to work in this profession will continue to receive training consisting of occupational information and performance development throughout their work lives in the field.
Assistant Product Manager Training Program
Young candidates who wish to begin their careers as Assistant Product Manager candidates and plan on having a bright future in marketing go through the same recruitment process that Medical Sales Representative candidates do - exam, interview, training and orientation - and after working as Medical Sales Representatives in the field for one year and becoming acquainted with the field, begin their careers as Assistant Product Managers.
This program is an orientation process for both job candidates and employees and decisions are made on the basis of need. Assistant Product Manager candidates must be university graduates and know English very well. In addition, they must demonstrate competence in analytic thought, developing strategy and effectively using creativity and imagination.
